Question 1

How much does carpet cleaning cost in Davis, CA?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the room sizes, the carpet's condition, and any stains that need treatment — so rather than post one-size-fits-all rates, we give you an exact quote for your home first. Call or text (530) 753-6675 or submit the form online, and we will confirm a firm price before we start. The price we quote is the price you pay — no surprises, no upsells at the door.

Question 2

How long does carpet take to dry after cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Most carpets dry in 4 to 6 hours. Opening windows, running ceiling fans, or turning on the heat or AC speeds things up. You can walk on it in clean socks right away.

Question 3

Can you remove pet stains and pet odors?

Accepted Answer

Yes — pet stain and odor treatment is one of our most requested add-ons. We use enzyme-based products that break down odor at the source rather than masking it. Some old, deep-set stains can lighten fabric pigment permanently, and we will always tell you honestly what to expect before treating.

Question 4

Do you move furniture?

Accepted Answer

We move light furniture — sofas, chairs, coffee tables, small dressers — and put it back on protective tabs when we are done. For heavy pieces like china cabinets, pianos, and entertainment centers, we clean around them.

Question 5

Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic detergents that are safe for children and pets once dry, and we rinse thoroughly so no sticky residue is left behind.

Question 6

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Our home base is Davis, CA, and we serve Woodland and Sacramento daily, plus Dixon, Winters, and West Sacramento.

Question 7

How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?

Accepted Answer

For most homes, every 12 months; most manufacturer warranties require professional cleaning every 12 to 18 months. Homes with pets, kids, or allergies do better every 6 to 9 months.

Question 8

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

Accepted Answer

If you are not happy with any area we cleaned, call us within 7 days and we will come back and re-clean it free. We also walk through every room with you before we leave.

Question 9

Can you clean luxury vinyl plank floors?

Accepted Answer

Yes — luxury vinyl floor cleaning is a specialty of ours. Our low-moisture scrub-and-extract process lifts the dull film that builds up in the textured grain of LVP and LVT, without flooding seams or using waxes that can void warranties.

Question 10

How do I book, and what are your hours?

Accepted Answer

Call or text (530) 753-6675, or submit the form online. We are open Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM; closed Sundays.
